Corrie spoilers see Ryan make confession to Daniel as he suspects Daisy affair

Coronation Street is lining up explosive scenes next week as Ryan Connor makes a confession to Daniel Osbourne after the latter suspects an affair with Daisy Midgeley.

Soap watchers will recall that only recently Ryan and Daisy gave into temptation despite the latter being engaged to Daniel. The two shared a charged moment as they started kissing passionately before falling into bed. However, things soon took a dramatic turn when Daisy was spotted by Lauren, who instantly cottoned on to the affair as she pointed out Daisy's top inside out. Lauren has since blackmailed the duo for cash.

In upcoming scenes, Ryan is shocked when he sees Lauren get a notification from O-Vidz and she admits she has been posting content. Threatening to report her, Ryan points out that she is underage but Lauren insists she needs the money and will tell Daniel about the affair if he were to report her. Later, Ryan tells Daisy he had to report Lauren out of a sense of duty but fears she'll spill her guts to Daniel out of revenge.

Things take a dramatic turn later in the week when Daisy lies to Daniel and tells him that she is spending the night at her mother's but Daisy ends up crumbling to Jenny Connor, explaining she loves both Daniel and Ryan. Jenny urges Daisy to make up her mind before it's too late. And it appears things might be too late as a suspicious Daniel clocks Ryan getting into Steve's taxi and asking for the Chariot Square Hotel while his suspicions grow further after a call to Daisy's mum, leaving Daniel with no choice but to follow Ryan.

Over at the hotel, Daisy and Ryan head to their room but Daisy finally comes to a decision and tells Ryan that this isn't going to work as it's Daniel she loves. But with Daniel arriving at the hotel, determined to find out the truth, is it too late?

With Daniel arriving at the hotel, determined to find out the truth, is it too late for Daisy and Ryan?

Later in the week, Daniel confides in Ken Barlow that he suspects something is going on between Ryan and Daisy but he needs proof to which Ken urges him to tread carefully. And it's not long until Daniel corners Ryan and after last night's debacle demands to know what’s going on to which Ryan tells him that he confessed his love to Daisy. What will happen next and how will Daniel react?
