Ariana shows 'intensive techniques' during flirty date with Ethan amid divorce

Ariana Grande is pulling out all the stops on her recent date night with fellow Wicked co-star Ethan Slater, as the singer is reported to be using 'intensive techniques' as she flirts with the actor.

The pair were seen together enjoying a date night over the weekend in New York City together on Saturday at the MO Lounge. Photos seemingly show Ariana, 30, and Ethan, 31, sat together at a table close to a window, with skyscrapers visible in the background. It has been suggested that the pair were very affectionate during the evening out together.

Discussing the potential new couple, body language expert Judi James commented: "Sitting looking out at a romantic view, side by side at the table and with your backs turned to the other diners does create the idea of an intimate date, especially as Ethan’s hand seems to be touching Ariana’s waist."

She added: "It’s Ariana who appears to be putting in the most effort when it comes to flirting and flattering body language rituals though. In one pose Ethan sits back in his chair looking relaxed and comfortable while Ariana sits upright with a lean towards him as though keen to capture his full attention. She seems to be employing some intensive face-watching techniques and her head tilts are another gesture that suggests she might be flirting cutely."

The apparent romance between the two stars is said to have come following the end of their respective previous relationships, as they both file for divorce from their spouses. It was reported in July that Ethan had filed to divorce his estranged wife Lilly Jay. It was reported last month that Ariana and her estranged husband Dalton Gomez have also filed for divorce.

Ariana reportedly separated from her husband Dalton in January. There had been speculation about the marriage after Ariana was spotted without her wedding ring at Wimbledon in July. Amid speculation, a source once told the Daily Mail: "There was no cheating, no resentment between them, the marriage just simply didn't work out. These things happen".

Discussing Ariana and Ethan - who are understood to have met whilst working on Wicked, which was filmed in the UK - a source recently told Us Weekly: "They're really happy and really good for each other. All of her friends love him."
