The Enfield Poltergeist

This four-part docuseries takes viewers back to 1970s London and tells the riveting true story of an everyday family who believed they were haunted by a poltergeist. The Enfield Poltergeist case – often regarded as the most famous of its kind – is reconstructed using the real recordings captured by paranormal investigator Maurice Grosse, who archived all of his interviews with those affected.

Building a replica of the house where the incidents took place, performers reenact what is heard on the actual tapes, allowing an interplay by the archival voices and appearances of those originally involved in the incident through present-day interviews.

The Enfield Poltergeist is available to stream from Friday, October 27.
