England managed to regather possession on halfway in the form of a lineout.

Who is starting to believe?

FARRELLLLL!!!

Well, well, well... no one expected this

England have been brilliant so far, executing their gameplan perfectly.

It hasn't been very pretty, but they've got to play the occasion and they know they can't take South Africa on physically.

You'd like to see a bit more flair when we get the chance in the attacking third, if we're being picky.

Defence has been excellent so far though and England easily have parity at the set piece.

England 12-6 South Africa

And England's six point cushion is back, which is the least they'll want for their performance thus far.

South Africa give away a penalty 40m out and Farrell is all too happy to go for the posts.

Neither side wants to play in their own half and Mitchell kicks the ball out for half-time.

They say it is the hope that kills you right?

South Africa have enjoyed more of the ball, but their carries in the midfield don't really go anywhere.

Steward has been great under the high ball early on, justifying his selection.

Springboks now go to work in the England half, but cough up the ball before getting a penalty when England are offside from a kick.
