Keanu Taylor looks like he will end up falling victim this Christmas in a murder twist on EastEnders.

One man on the Square will die this Christmas in shocking scenes, with the Six women - Denise (Diane Parish), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Linda (Kellie Bright), Sharon (Letitia Dean), Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Suki ( Balvinder Sopal ) - somehow involved. We are yet to find out who the man is but many fans are suspecting Keanu could be the one to die thanks to a string of clues.

The Mirror takes a look at why Keanu may be the one to die this Christmas in shocking scenes, thanks to a music clue, a fan theory about cufflinks, whilst others are convinced he could fall victim to someone's revenge.

Music clue

Fans are convinced they've spotted a clue from the February flash-forward scene that proves Keanu is the victim. Taking to Reddit, one fan noticed that Stay Another Day was playing, linked to Christmas 2019.

They wrote: "I'm now convinced that the body on the floor at Christmas will be keanu.. in the flashforward scene we hear “stay another day” by east 17 playing in the background. Does anyone remember at the end of the Christmas episode In 2019 when Martin “killed” keanu.. that same song was playing in the background.. and the fact we see the fire in the vic like how we saw the fire at the allotment when Martin burned his clothes.. may seem a bit far fetched but you never know."

Now some viewers believe Christmas 2023 will parallel with the Christmas four years earlier, where Keanu will actually die this time around. Could this prove he's the body on the floor of the Queen Vic?

Cufflink theory

New pictures have emerged of Sharon star Letitia Dean filming wedding scenes for later this year, and fans are convinced she will be tying the knot with Keanu. However, some viewers are sure it's him who dies as they spotted him hiding his hands in the photos.

We know the man who dies will wear a certain type of cufflinks, but we don't know who will have them on at Christmas. Fans have suspected that Keanu could be hiding the fact he's wearing the cufflinks in the wedding scenes, thus fuelling speculation that he is the Christmas victim and will end up dying on the soap in just a few weeks time.

Revenge twist

We know Keanu is part of a huge plot at the moment, with his romance with Sharon seemingly going from strength to strength. Only viewers know that it is all part of Keanu and mum Karen's plan to get back at Sharon for her treatment of Keanu. She has been threatening to stop access to their son Albie - months on from her helping Lisa Fowler take Keanu's daughter Peggy away from Walford - and now Sharon is considering moving away with her son without Keanu.

Karen is encouraging Keanu to make Sharon think they have a future together, before taking it all away from her, including son Albie. But how will that all end, and is Keanu at risk of facing the wrath of Sharon's revenge?

Will Sharon kill him after learning what he's done, or will the other women stand up for her and kill him for her sake?
