We don’t get to elect our monarchs, but if we did, surely we’d all want Richard Madeley to be part of the Royal Family.

It could even actually happen... as his grandaughter Bodhi is being set up with Prince Louis - if her parents get their way. Chloe Madeley and husband James Haskell have their sights set on matchmaking themselves into aristocratic circles thanks to James’ rugby pals, which include Mike Tindall, who is married to Zara Phillips. “I’ve got royal connections, we can make this happen,” brags James. “We can sort that out.”

Chloe even reckons Bodhi has nailed her royal wave, which is pretty impressive for a one year old. “That is a great retirement plan,” laughs James, adding to his little budding royal: “Do you want to marry a prince?

Chloe is already planning what to wear for Sandringham at Christmas - and Richard and Judy should present solid live coverage throughout. The family give an insight into their own lives in their new series, which sees them celebrate Father’s Day in Monday night’s episode.
