Amazon's latest Prime Day bonanza might be over, but that doesn't mean the blockbuster deals are over. While you might think the next time you'll find a price cut is likely to be Black Friday...what if we told you that isn't true?

Just a few hours after Amazon shuttered its latest sale, a number of must-have items are now cheaper than the on-sale price yesterday.

That's right, it seems not all products featured in the recent two-day sale were listed for the cheapest possible price in fact those that skipped the event could get even more money off now. It's one of many reasons why we urge shoppers to scour rival retailers and head to online price-checking sites (like CamelCamelCamel) to weigh up if the item is really making you a saving.

The prices we've uncovered post-sale may convince some shoppers that it's not necessary to spend an extra £8.99 a month to get access to the retailer's sale events, and waiting until the next day could be a better choice.

For instance, the 128 GB Google Pixel 7 which usually retails for £599 was listed for £410 during the Prime sale offering shoppers a huge £189 off the price. Whilst that's a good price, you could get even more off post-sale as it's currently listed for £394.50, £15.50 cheaper.

Onto another popular range of tech items, vacuums. Many of the popular Shark models which soar in popularity during sale events are still listed at cheaper the usual prices. The Shark Portable Lift Away is still £149 whilst the bigger Shark HydroVac is £229.

Onto smaller purchases and the Ryanair friendly travel bag, which many grab to avoid cabin fees, is still listed at £11.99, a 20% discount from its usual £14.99 price. Whilst it's still the same as the recent Prime Big Deal Days price it's not the cheapest it's ever been, as tracker CamelCamelCamel shows.

In January 2023 Amazon actually sold the bag for £9.99, £2 cheaper than the Prime and existing sale price, proving once again not all products are cheapest in sale events. And it's not the first time shoppers have ended up paying more by falling for the sales.

After the earlier July Prime Day sale a host of items from Braun, Clinique and Microsoft were found by as much as £70 cheaper than the actual 'sale' prices. Products from Google, also resurfaced as the Google Nest Thermostat was £40 cheaper for non-Prime shoppers.
