Ariana Grande 's ex-husband Dalton Gomez has been barred from writing a tell-all book about their relationship.

The real estate agent has agreed that he will not share any media relating to their two-year marriage in an array of formats as part of the divorce settlement they reached on Friday. New legal documents obtained by The Blast see both Dalton and Ariana agreeing not to release or publish "any photograph (and related negatives), tape, film or like embodiments in all forms whether now or hereafter created or other record or recording of any aspect of any activity in or about any home, office or other property owned."

The documents also prohibit Dalton from sharing his story of their relationship or "details of their marriage" via a book or interview. The paperwork states he cannot "give any interview, write, appear in connection with, or assist or cooperate in the preparation or presentation of any book, article, interview, program or other production or publication of any kind whatsoever concerning the other party."

The legal filings also see Ariana agreeing to the same terms as her ex-husband with the documents making it clear the restrictions "shall be fully enforceable by each party." They further state that Dalton "acknowledges that (Grande's) privacy and the non-disclosure of confidential information regarding him are vitally important."

The settlement proceedings were quickly finalised with Dalton getting a $1,250,000 tax-free payout from the split. The pair will also split the proceeds of the sale of their Los Angeles based home and Ariana will pay $25k of Dalton's attorney fees. The couple have reportedly remained amicable amid their split, with both parties filing divorce paperwork on September 18 citing irreconcilable differences and listing the date of their separation as February 20, 2023.

In documents previously obtained by TMZ, Ariana's lawyer, Laura Wasser, had cited the reason for their divorce as 'irreconcilable differences' with the date of separation listed as February 20, 2023. Ariana and Dalton began dating in January 2020 and were engaged in December of the same year.

The couple tied the knot in May 2021 in an intimate ceremony at her Montecito home, however their split was revealed by July of this year. Since the break-up Ariana has been linked to her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater. The actor also filed for divorce from his wife Lilly Jay in July.
