Christine McGuinness has revealed she is "more than ready" for 2023 and thanked fans for "sticking with her" as she reflected on the past twelve months.

The model, 34, has had a tough year that included announcing the end of her marriage to Take Me Out presenter Paddy McGuinness, 49, in July.

Describing the breakup as "heartbreaking" in previous interviews, it's clear Christine is ready for 2023 to be a more positive year.

The star shared a video montage of clips from the past 12 months as she reflected on 2022. The clips included moments with her children and laughing with pal Chelcee Grimes.

She captioned the Instagram reel with a heart emoji. as she wrote: "More than ready for 202FREE, HNY. Thank you for sticking with me this year, I appreciate you."

The heartwarming moments included plenty with best friend Chelcee Grimes, who Christine was spotted kissing in December at London's Winter Wonderland. The pals became close on The Games last year, and have holidayed together since Christine announced her split from husband Paddy last summer.

One of the first to comment on the video, Chelcee wrote on Christine's post: "What a year. Proud of you. Here’s to 2023." She added a glass clinking emoji before adding: "That’s Nozeco."

In the 2022 video, clips of the best pals can be seen joking at The Games as well as the women enjoying a meal out together where singer and footballer Chelcee Grimes can be seen holding a rose.

Pals Chelcee and Christine are reported to have grown closer after Christine's split from presenter husband Paddy went public last summer.

The couple broke the news of their separation after more than a decade together with a joint statement on Instagram. The pair have been married for 11 years and share three children together; nine-year-old twins Penelope and Leo, and daughter Felicity, six.

The roundup video also featured clips of Christine looking glamorous as she dressed up for red carpet events and also clips of the model working out as she does yoga and handstands in her garden.

Friends and fans have rushed in to send the star New Year messages, and wish her luck for 2023.

Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman commented: "What a year for you C....such a new chapter. Wonderful to see you ending your year in such a high xx."

Whilst pal and Love Island star Demi Jones put: "Love you! Time to glow and grow 2023 baby."

Loose Women pannelist Nadia Sawalha commented: "Wow !! Watch out 2023 ! Happy new year hunny ! X."
