Sharon Osbourne shares 'regret' from filming reality show with son Jack Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne has shared a "regret" from her time working alongside her husband Ozzy Osbourne and their son Jack Osbourne on a TV show more than a decade ago.

The family seemingly discussed the final season of Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie, which aired back in 2009, recently. They spoke about their experiences on the ITV2 show during the latest episode of The Osbournes podcast.

The podcast episode - which was released earlier this week - saw Sharon, now 70, and Ozzy, now 74, reflect with their two youngest children Kelly Osbourne, now 38, and Jack, now 37. The reality TV show had centred on the latter.

Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie followed the youngest member of the family - who had previously appeared on MTV's the Osbournes with his parents - as he tried various challenges. Five series of the show aired from 2005 to 2009.

The final series is understood to have seen Jack joined by a host of guests such as Reggie Yates and Natalie Imbruglia. It's understood to have also featured his parents Sharon and Ozzy, who accompanied him for a couple of activities.

This is understood to have included rock crawling, a dog-sledding expedition and a trip in a zero-gravity plane. The family discussed some of the experiences on the latest episode of their podcast which was released on Tuesday.

After discussing such experiences as a family, Sharon revealed to her son Jack: "And I was that far from going skydiving with you." She indicated that she had almost done it, before adding on the podcast: "I nearly, nearly [did it]."

Jack added that Ozzy - who's been married to Sharon since 1982 - "came up in the skydiving plane," though it seemed that he didn't jump out. Jack then turned his attention back to Sharon, saying to his mother: "You should have done it."

The former X Factor judge responded: "I should have." She was then asked if she regretted having not done the skydive, to which she said: "Yeah, I do. I do." Sharon added: "Even though I hate, hate heights - I was just that close."

Sharing her thoughts about skydiving at one point, Kelly said: "I couldn't do that." The presenter later further commented about the prospect: "No way. No way. I feel like that's ... I have not once ounce of desire to do something like that."

Ozzy seemed to suggest that he didn't have an interest in the activity either, with him appearing to recall when Jack invited him to do it more than a decade ago. Seemingly recalling his reaction at the time, Ozzy said: "F*** off!"
