Newcastle features a nine-race card on Friday where Newsboy's Nap, Panning For Gold, runs in the 5.45

PANNING FOR GOLD is fancied to collect for the fifth time from his last six starts by beating 11 opponents for the Quaff Box Handicap (5.45) at Newcastle today.

David Simcock’s son of Galileo Gold made his second attempt in handicap company a winning one with a score at Yarmouth in June.
