If you’ve never heard of KAYALI or Mona Kattan, listen up as we predict her latest fragrances will be at the top of everyone’s Christmas list this year - because they are seriously seductive and additive.

Known for her viral scents, like KAYALI Yum Pistachio Gelato 33, which is a sweet explosion of irresistible notes including pistachio, whipped cream, roasted hazelnut, sweet rum, fluffy marshmallow and fizzy cotton candy - driving the internet wild. Now KAYALI with Mona have done it again with four new fragrances that all contain Oud - a nod to her Arabic culture and heritage.

As someone who has always been in love with fragrances, The Oudgasm collection is an ode to Mona’s Middle Eastern heritage, where her love exploded when she moved to Dubai - and burning of Oud and Bakhoor took her passion of fragrance to the next level.

The rich and decadent fragrance rituals of burning Oud and applying perfumed oils to the neck, body and pulse points is something Mona wanted to share with everyone.

Now these fragrances weren’t created overnight, oh no, it took Mona 5 years to find and source the most delicious, addictive, decadent and hypnotising Oud possible to put into the Oudgasm collection to create the perfect, perfume pleasure moment.

In the latest range, you'll find Oudgasm Vanilla Oud; a fresh fragrance that balances vanilla with the warmth/spice of saffron and praline, Oudgasm Café Oud; an electrifying fragrance that opens with notes of creamy coffee subtly, balanced with rose and geranium, Oudgasm Tobacco Oud; a sweet and honeyed tobacco fragrance and the irresistible Oudgasm Rose Oud; an opulent fragrance that balances the traditional rose with the creaminess of vanilla - all of which can be layered in different ways to create a whole new scent-sation.

Shoppers are ‘head over heels’ with the latest ‘Oudgasm’ fragrances from KAYALIShoppers and our Beauty Editor Sarah have called Oudgasm Vanilla Oud a 'must-have' this season (KAYALI)

Our Beauty Editor Sarah Bradbury has all four in her hands and her thoughts? “Well Oud is an interesting ingredient when it comes to fragrance. Like Truffle Oil, you either love it or loathe it - as it can be quite overpowering. But Mona has really hit the nail on the head with all four, and you can layer them too - which I love. It’s come at no surprise that it took 5 years to source the right ingredients as you can get it really wrong, and you want people to fall in love with the scent - which I did.

“Now I’m not usually a vanilla fan - it’s too sickly sweet for me, but I can’t help but spray KAYALI Oudgasm Vanilla Oud - and it pairs so well with KAYALI Oudgasm Tobacco Oud too. It still has those instant sweet notes, satisfying those with a sweet tooth, but glazed with gourmand spicy saffron and mouth-watering praline. Adding the Tobacco Oud just as a little spritz of ‘masculine energy’, again, but not overpowering. I’ll pair two sprays of Vanilla Oud to one spray of Tobacco Oud - and it lasts all day too.”

Sticking with fragrance news, earlier this week, Glossier You launched a new XL size - so it now comes in 100ml, which has satisfied customers around the globe as it’s been labeled ‘captivating’ by shoppers.

If you’re looking for other fragrances to invest in this year, self proclaimed perfume expert Jada has listed some that she’s been loving for next season, and also debunked myths on how you should be storing them - and the one place they should never be kept!

And for those serious perfume fanatics, The Fragrance Shop have released an advent calendar this year that includes an interesting item.
