This year the judging panel is made up of Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabusi, Anton Du Beke and Shirley Ballas, with the latter being the head judge who gets the deciding vote if there is a tie between who should leave the competition.

It's not known what their specific salaries are this year, but some information has been shared about their pay in the past. It was previously claimed that when Shirley first joined the show in 2017 she was paid £180,000 but The Sun has since reported that she's negotiated her salary for Strictly up to an eye-watering £500,000 per series as her popularity has grown. In addition to Strictly, Shirley also earns money from doing Panto each year, and also teaches at a dance school in Streatham, South London.

The other judges are likely on less, with Craig starting on £110,000 in 2004, and his salary rising to £200,000 in 2020. Meanwhile, Motsi is believed to have been offered a starting salary of £200,000 when she joined in 2019 but she may have had a pay rise since then. Anton joined the panel to take over from Bruno Tonioli and is thought to be on a similar amount to Motsi, somewhere between £175,000 and £200,000. This is a big increase from his days as a dancer on the show when he is thought to have been paid around the £65,000 mark.

According to the Sun Anton "won't earn as much as Bruno due to experience" but he would be "paid handsomely." The judge and dancer also boosts his income by touring with his professional partner Erin Boag, which is thought to net him an additional £65,000.
