'Jealous' Kris Jenner forced partner Corey Gamble to turn down Yellowstone role

Kris Jenner stepped in to prevent her partner Corey Gamble from appearing in Peacock's Yellowstone series.

Corey was reportedly cast to star in the show, but was asked by Kris to turn down the role over fears his character would have a "romantic relationship" on screen. During the season four premiere of The Kardashians, the 67-year-old came clean during the family trip to Cabo San Lucas.

Over dinner, Kris told her daughters Kim and Khloe Kardashian : "I'm so excited to watch the next episode of Yellowstone," before Corey stepped in, saying: "If it wasn't for you, I would be a Yellowstone star."

Kris then set the record straight, adding: "Correct, because I told him to say no." Kim then asked: "Why would you tell him to turn down Yellowstone?"

"Because I thought he was gonna have to have a romantic relationship," Kris admitted and Khloe quipped: "But if they said they wanted you to star and kiss with [Yellowstone star] Kevin Costner, I'm sure you would take it."

Kris didn't hesitate and hastily responded: "Oh, that's a hard yes!"

It comes after reports from February this year claimed that Kris has "no plans" to ever marry beau Corey Gamble after sparking engagement rumours with a $1.2million (£1m) engagement ring. The Kardashians momager posed with a giant diamond ring earlier this month, with fans assuming long-term partner Corey had popped the all-important question.

But now insiders close to the famous family matriarch and celebrity talent manager, 42, say they "don't want to put anything on paper". Dismissing rumours that the extravagant jewellery piece was a celebration of Corey getting down on one knee, the source claimed that Kris "is not engaged to Corey".

"She has no plans to be," the insider claims. "She really has no need to marry him because she has exactly what she wants with him right now," the insider told MailOnline. "Kris does not want to put anything on paper."

They said: "She knows that, if their relationship does end, God forbid, it would not end well if they were married."
