Katie Price revealed she has been feeling concerned for her son Harvey as he phones her "crying all the time."

The former glamour model's son - who is partially blind with a learning disability and has autism, Prader-Willi syndrome and septo-optic dysplasia - lives in the residential National Star College in Gloucester. The school provides specialist further education, training and personal development as well as residential services for people with learning and physical disabilities.

Katie, 45, said she misses him when he's away. Speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she said: "I miss him so much when he’s at college." She went on to discuss her worries, revealing: "I’m a bit concerned for him at the minute, he phones me crying all the time. ‘I love you, I miss you, I need your cuddles.’ For a 21-year-old, he’s always going to be my baby. He does come home; I do see him.”

The TV personality continued: “I’ve just had a challenging year, you know as well as what is going on with the other kids. But the kids are my life, my priority, they are my number one. I don’t love them all any different, they just have different needs they need from me.”

It comes several weeks after Katie revealed her son had to be taken to the hospital due to pain in his ears. She had to go visit him as he called her about the pain he endured. She said: "He kept phoning me yesterday. They syringed all his ear out at the hospital again yesterday. So he’s calling me and going [crying] mum! And all that.

“Then last night when he went to bed, they’ve put a bandage around his head to stop him doing that [touching his ears]. So he’s phoning me feeling sorry for himself. So I’m going to go and see him on Wednesday.” The mum-of-five revealed Harvey has a love of hotels and said: “All he wants to do is go and stay in a hotel – and I know why because he wants all the room service. And cuddles. So I’m looking forward to that because I miss him.”

He is sometimes prone to violent outbursts and mum Katie said “his behaviour is so bad at the minute,” adding: “His ear doesn’t help. I can bring him home but he will smash everything.”

She continued: “I said to the guys that look after him ‘thank you so much’ because I know he’s being really difficult at the minute. Yet if I ring him, he’s like, ‘I’m busy mum! I’m busy! And I’m like, ‘No, Harv, you’re not busy. I want to talk to you, listen to mummy.’ And he goes, ‘Ok what? Be quick mummy.’ I’m like where’s this all coming from?”
