Finding the right bra for you can sometimes feel like a minefield - especially when you've not had any advice. There are so many different styles to choose from, and whilst you may have a colour and material in mind, you may be unsure as to whether you'll feel good in the bra. They're not cheap either, so you'll want to make the right decision.
Professional bra fitter Kimmay has shared her "bra tips for saggy and larger busts", pointing out that "sagging is completely normal, and there are lots of bras that will help lift and shape if that's what you're looking for."
A teen looking for advice wrote to Kimmary to say: "Hi, I'm a young teen with saggy tatas. Do you have any suggestions for a good bra? I also have larger tatas." Kimmay then highlighted that sagging is normal as "your bust is just attached to your body with ligaments and skin" so "naturally they're going to start to fall down - especially if they're fuller, and even if you're younger."
She said that there are "lots of great bra options to lift them up and create the shape that you like" if you'd prefer this, however. Kimmay shared that you should be wearing a bra that "fits well" first and foremost. "Bras are like shoes, and if you don't wear the right size they won't be supportive, and they will not feel good."
She then went on to talk about the bra style you should be looking for. Kimmay said: "So if you have very soft breast tissue, then something with a little bit of flexibility would be really great for you. This could be a stretch lace bra, but it could also be something that is moulded. A contour cup will shape your bust to the shape of the bra."

She also said if you want a "really round shape" then "fuller coverage" will be better for you. And she said seams act like "support beams on a bridge" to "keep everything up and lifted."
"Full coverage or balcony style" are the best bras if you find your breasts sagging. Kimmay said: "Really in the end the coverage is up to you, but either way, your bra has to fit well in order to feel good - and that helps you feel good about you and your body too."
