The Fendi show at Milan Fashion Week pulled in arguably the most powerful line-up of models to watch the next generation show off the brand’s latest threads as super model royalty took to the front row.

Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss had plum positions on the frow as they watched the Fendi women's Spring Summer 2024 fashion show in the Italian fashion capital. And they were joined by other A List stars including actresses Christina Ricci, Demi Moore and Naomi Watts.

And while all attention was supposed to be on the new clothes walking down the catwalk, attention was nonetheless drawn to the star studded audience as 53-year-old Naomi and 49-year-old Kate held court wearing chic, yet understated, autumnal dresses. Naomi, hiding behind a large pair of sunglasses, was wrapped in a cream coloured dress, while Kate sported a simple black dress and clutched a light lemon yellow handbag to her waist.

Demi, 60, took her spot beside Naomi and stood out in a sleeveless pink halter neck dress and she flashed a Hollywood smile while cuddling up to fellow American star Christina, who herself gave a hint of old school glamour in a silver dress and white gloves. Fans may want to know Demi, Naomi and Kate's skincare routine secrets as the ladies were practically glowing as they sat in front of paparazzi at the show.

The ladies were fresh faced and youthful as they sat under the harsh studio lighting before the show began. Yet they were as recognisable under the spotlights as they would have looked in their '90's modelling days as the trio appear timelessly youthful.

Meanwhile, British-Australian babe Naomi Watts looked as fresh faced as she showed off a short haircut as she joined the fashion pack wearing a black satin number. While TV star Gwendoline Christie managed to secure a spot among the A List while wearing a simple white shirt and and light, beige tourers.

The Fendi fashion show was held in a huge presentation space where giant handbags had been positioned down the sides of the catwalk. The show gave fashion fans a first look at the new designs created by British designer Kim Jones who is running the Italian fashion house.

The show was live-streamed online and proved to be a hit with fashion fans. One impressed fashionista took to the official Fendi Instagram page to fawn over the new designs, gushing: “This was so beautiful! I loved the collection and music choice so much.”

Another was impressed by the creative direction of the catwalk as much as the clothes, writing: “The color combos… the set bag props” - along with a string of flame emojis. And another wrote: “Beautiful color palette - loved the show.”

But, as the old saying goes, everyone is a critic and Kim and Fendi were on the receiving end of some less glowing reviews following the show too - with some claiming the fashion house was creatively bankrupt. One bitter fashion fan slammed the show, writing: “Seen all these looks BEFORE!! NOTHING NEW HERE!!” - along with a sad face emoji.
