Bianca Censori is a ‘Kanye West Whisperer’ and 'only one who can talk to him'

Bianca Censori seems to be able to get through to Kanye after years of the public seeing him as erratic and manic. A source has claimed that in their relationship, Bianca truly gets how to talk to him.

One of the main issues about speaking with Kanye, sources say, is how he often gets 'turned off'. This is also evidenced by his history of firing individuals who try to confront him or axing relationships when someone tries to reach out. Bianca, who Kanye unofficially married in January, may be the secret to getting through to the rapper. Their head-turning holiday in Italy has spurred interest in Bianca's role in his life.

She even has a nickname for her skills, an insider told The Sun : "People in his circle started calling her the Kanye West Whisperer, she's the only one who understands how to talk to him without turning him off."

Another source told the publication that part of the reason that Kanye is difficult to talk to is because he likes "everything streamlined". For Kanye, his communication style is described by sources as "minimalist". The insider said: "You have to learn how to speak Kanye's language. He's a very different kind of guy... he can't always talk on the phone, but that's just not how the world works sometimes."

A former employee of Kanye's, Tony Saxon, confirmed this difficult communication style to The Mirror. He explained: "I was one of the few people who he wanted to directly talk to... There were people all through his organisation calling me."

He added: "They couldn't get a hold of them and I became the guy and suddenly my phone was ringing off the hook for months after the fact... It's just a complete disorganised cluster out. It's a mess."

The anonymous source also added that Bianca was a part of 'handling' Kanye and said they would often have her edit their messages to Kanye. They said: "People who work with him would ask Bianca if she could 'Ye translate' important things, and then they'd turn around and copy and paste the Bianca edited version to him."

This wasn't always the case, though. Tony said that at one point Bianca was ' helpless ' in trying to communicate with him. When Tony was dealing with alleged labour violations, Bianca had trouble interjecting.
