The Kardashians’ figures have been fascinating fans for years, especially with their changing derrieres.
Sisters Kim and Khloe have both denied going under the knife, but it hasn’t stopped rumours swirling about bum fillers or Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures. The latest claims are that the famous pair have actually had bum implants removed - as both are looking less curvy these days.
Khloe, 39, who split from her cheating on-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson after it emerged he had fathered another child while expecting a baby boy via a surrogate with the reality TV star, is looking slimmer than ever right now.
While big sister Kim, 42, has adopted a more natural look since she has been dating Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, but after their whirlwind romance came to an end, the mum-of-four has returned to her glamorous roots, and even walked the runway for Dolce & Gabbana earlier this summer.
Here we look back on the Kardashians’ famous bums throughout the years and what they have said about it.
Woman tells of losing 29 kilos and becoming a bodybuilder in her 60sWhen the very first episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired in 2007, it’s fair to say Kim and Khloe looked a lot different to how they do now. The sisters appeared much curvier and natural looking then - with pretty regular looking bums.
Both were also very brunette and are now rocking platinum blonde hair dos. Kim’s is longer while Khloe wears hers in a bob. But the more famous they got, the more their appearance began to change.
As rumours about Kim’s bum in particular began to swirl, she took drastic action to prove she hadn’t had surgery. During an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2011 she had an X-ray, which didn’t detect any implants.
She told the cameras: “If this is what it takes to shut up the entire world that my butt is real, then I’ll happily do it.”
Despite her surgery denials, Kim’s bum looked anything but natural when she famously broke the internet while posing for the cover of Paper Magazine in 2014. In the shoot, she pops a bottle of champagne while balancing a coupe glass on her backside.
While in another her naked bottom was on show as she cheekily turned round to look at the camera. The photoshoot was iconic and made her bum so famous she reportedly insured it for £15 million.
Who can forget Kim’s appearance at the 2019 with then husband . She wore an iconic Thierry Mugler gown which was so tight she had to be given “corset breathing lessons” so she could carry off the flesh-coloured dress which was dripping in jewels.
The mum-of-four revealed she had trained her waist with a corset and lost 70lbs thanks to personal trainer sessions and following the Atkins diet. At the time she said she wasn’t trying to lose weight but ‘sculpt’ her body. The result was a flat stomach, wide hips and very pert bottom.
And it wasn’t just Kim’s rounder posterior which was gaining attention – as in 2016 fans called out Khloe for supposedly having bum surgery. One wrote: “Those implants look so snug in your ass cheeks,” while another said: “Girl if I could afford getting fat sucked outta my tummy into my ass I would be posting pics like this all over!”
Chelsea winners and losers from record transfer window as more changes to comeBut Khloe has always denied getting implants and claims her changing bottom is down to exercise and “killing herself in the gym”.
She said: “Sorry 2disappoint... I’ve always had an a**. I know it’s more fun 2believe it’s not real, kind of a compliment as I kill myself in the gym."
A medical expert said it could indeed be down to a “strong squat routine”. Dr Benji Dhillon told MailOnline: “It is well documented that targeted exercise routines for the gluteal muscles can help lift and increase the size of the buttocks. Another possibility is that compression garments may also be helping to lift and shape her buttocks.”
Both Kim and Khloe have been subjected to intense speculation surrounding their tiny physiques, with both sisters committing to rigorous daily workout routines.
The mum-of-four has been flaunting her disappearing curves on social media, as she modelled the latest looks from her SKIMS range of shapewear and lingerie, while Khloe has attracted attention with her decreasing frame, prompting rumours she’s gone under the knife.
Both have denied reports they’ve had cosmetic surgery, with Kim defending her weight loss by sharing clips from her sessions with a personal trainer, but Khloe’s recent health scare has left her family concerned about her wellbeing.
In an episode of The Kardashians on Hulu earlier this year, model Kendall blamed stress for Khloe’s significant weight loss, after the mum-of-two was diagnosed with a cancerous melanoma on her face.
“She doesn't sleep, she lost a lot weight,” she explained, while Khloe’s close friend Malika Haqq said she hadn’t seen her “this low” in a while.
