Police could have potentially been looking for a "trophy" when they searched a house in connection with the ongoing Tupac Shakur murder investigation.

It comes after police confirmed to The Mirror on Tuesday that "a search warrant was served in Henderson, Nevada on July 17, 2023, as part of the ongoing Tupac Shakur homicide investigation".

A source told The Sun: "It is normal in the ‘streets’ for gangsters to keep trophies or items linked to their biggest moments. Nothing comes bigger than Tupac’s murder, so there may be items kept in the home which were relevant."

It was reported that the home searched is owned by Paula Clemons. Paula is the wife of Keefe D who has previously claimed to be the uncle of Orlando Anderson, who many people speculated was the shooter.

Duane "Keefe D" Davis is a known former gangster affiliated with the South Side Compton Crips.

Two key pieces of evidence still remain missing in the investigation - the Glock revolver gun and the White Cadillac car.

Keefe D has previously revealed in the Netflix documentary Unsolved, the Tupac and Biggie Murders, that he, alongside Terrence "T-Brown" Brown, Orlando Anderson, and DeAndre "Dre" Smith were in the White Cadillac that pulled up alongside Tupac's vehicle and opened fire. The Cadillac has never been found.

In 1998, a gun was found int he backyard in Compton, California, reported TMZ. It was believed to be the murder weapon. However, after tests were carried out on the gun, investigators apparently ruled it out and destroyed it, The Sun reported. Thus, the real murder weapon still allegedly remain missing.

The source commented: "Certainly if the gun were to be there then it would be a huge deal. Even a shell casing could be significant."

While the source said that the police could be looking for these "trophies" at Paula Clemons' home, we are yet to understand what these alleged trophies could specifically be.

The source said: "No one quite knows what is out there from the murder, because it has been over 25 years."
