Bear Grylls says his Instagram direct message inbox is a saucy melting pot of unsolicited content and notes.
The 49-year-old adventurer claims that overzealous fans have been known to ‘slide’ into his DMs to send him ‘cheeky’ comments.
Bear has been married to his wife Shara Cannings Knight since 2000 and together they have three sons; Jesse, 21, Marmaduke, 17, and 14-year-old Huckleberry.
And Bear - who has six million followers on Instagram alone - has laughed off the racy content he receives via social media - saying he ‘doesn’t flatter’ himself with the unprovoked attention.
The TV star told The Sun on Sunday: “I get lots of nice messages from all sorts of people!

Bear has previously opened up about his marriage - and the unusual start of his romance with Share which began with the Man Vs Wild star accidentally greeting his wife-to-be naked back in 1998.
He explained during an appearance on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories: “It was freezing on the north coast of Scotland, and a wave came and took my clothes.
"I was running around naked, trying to find my trousers."
Bear has been married to his wife Shara since the year 2000 (Empics Entertainment)But the former Eton College pupil soon realised he was smitten with the stunning blonde and went on to pop the question - with a call back to that first meeting.
He revealed that he asked Shara to marry him while skinny dipping, joking to Piers: "I pulled out the ring from my butt cheeks."
The young couple tied the knot in 2000 and started marriage counselling from the off, with Bear explaining it was to stop things 'breaking in the first place'.
Last month, Bear was reflecting on another major moment from his past - when he fractured three vertebrae during a skydiving accident which doctors feared he would never be able to walk away from.
He said: “I was 21 and spent so much time strapped up in braces in hospital while everyone else my age was charging around doing their best to conquer the world.
“I was in a dark place, stuck in the hospital having done a job I really loved and now struggling to even reach the bathroom without real pain.

“I was so unsure of the future. The thought of ever returning to the SAS seemed ridiculous. I was trying to rebuild my life, rebuild my confidence, but not knowing if, physically, I was ever going to be able to get back to a place of not being in agony when doing the simplest of things.”
But after a long year of rehab and hard work, Bear was back on his feet - and 18 months after that went on to become the youngest person in the world to climb Everest.
He said: “The fact that I wasn’t paralysed gave me a jolt to say, ‘Life is a great gift, if you’re lucky enough to be given a second chance, don’t waste it in mediocrity’.”
