A luxury grocery store is proving so popular with customers that some allegedly work multiple jobs just to afford its produce.
Erewhon, which is said to be America's priciest grocery store, is frequented by a host of celebrities including musicians, authors, and the Kardashians.
But don't expect to find typical grocery store prices. Although the Los Angeles-based chain sells everyday goods like dairy, fruit, and vegetables, the prices vary greatly from several supermarkets.
For instance, its online shop lists several bottles of water available for less than $2, but the scale also extends in the opposite direction.
A 25.4 oz bottle of Ophora Water For Wellness Hyper Oxygnated will set you back $13.99 (£11) for instance; meanwhile, you can expect to pay $10.25 (£8) for a Tartine Half Whole Wheat Sliced Bread.

And loved by several celebrities (@erewhonmarket/instagram)But it is worth it according to customers, including a supporter who works three jobs to afford Erewhon, according to The Cut.
Interviewing Erewhon's fans, the publication spoke to several people who shop there but do not necessarily enjoy luxury in every other aspect of their lives.
Spencer, 23, who earns roughly $40,000 (£32,000) a year from her various jobs, spends between $50 (£40) and $75 (£60) in-store each week.
"I've made jokes about how no matter what, it'll always be in my budget, even though I'm a starving artist, she claimed. "It's become my identity."
For another customer, Jessie Latin, 25, the shop offers sweet treats she can still enjoy while maintaining her gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, low-soy diet, designed to help with her endometriosis symptoms.
"I think of people who go out and spend $20 on a vodka soda at the clubs every weekend," she said. "I'd rather pay $18 for a smoothie that's going to fuel my body and give me nutrients in lieu of having a $20 drink."
Explaining its ethos on its website, Erewhon states: "Since the late 1960s, Erewhon has been uncompromising in the commitment to provide foods and products that change the lives of our customers.
"We are more than your local organic grocery store; we are a community of people who are united in our love for pure products that protect the health of people and our planet."
