Kate Garraway has revealed her husband Derek Draper is back hom from hospital as she enjoyed gardening with her family.
Good Morning Britain star Kate, 55, shared a series of snaps of her "very special weekend" which showed herself and her husband Derek, 55, alongside their children and other family members.
As she posted the photos to her Instagram page on Sunday evening, Kate wrote: " Funny how it was just grandad & I for the digging & planting & then suddenly everyone appears when up!!
"crowning a very special weekend with the Drapers ( Aunty Sue & grandma you are here in spirit) by planting a magnolia tree for#earthday. Happy Sunday everyone xxx Xxx".
Kate's smiling selfie alongside Derek comes after she revealed he had returned to hospital earlier this week.

As she posted the footage, Kate opened up about the surreal experience and Derek's health.
"… so this was a moment," she wrote. "Finally found someone who had actually filmed it rather than just burst into joyous tears as we did!!!
"Still can’t quite believe we were there at all - even hours before we feared Derek would be too weak - but he was determined.
"Yes Derek has been back in hospital this week & yes there’s such a long road ahead but #eltonjohn & @davidfurnish you gave the kids & Derek a moment that we will never forget and has lifted their spirits again to feel anything is possible.
"Thank you for your inspiring music and huge heart [red heart emoji].T
"hank you too to everyone else who made the impossible possible. All the carers, the #rocketentertainment team , the gang @theo2london who work so hard to make concerts like this accessible & @addisonleecabs who worked hard to find suitable transport. We are bursting with gratitude xxx".
Sir Elton John, 76, serenaded the couple and Kate explained on Thursday's Good Morning Britain that she was able to meet Sir Elton in a very emotional encounter.
Describing the night on Good Morning Britain Kate began: "Three hours of watching a living legend perform," as co-host Adil Ray interrupted: "You must have been in floods of tears, all of you."
"Derek was crying, Darcey was crying. It was amazing and he's been so kind since, phenomenal. And, we actually got to meet, we didn't think we'd be able to connect them up but he was brilliant," she continued.

Derek has been battling with his health since he was hospitalised with Covid-19 in March 2020. He fought off the coronavirus but continues to deal with effects from the disease.
