Melissa Morris dreamed of becoming a mother but struggled to conceive after her weight soared to 692lb (49.4 stone) as she struggled with food addiction and overeating.
The My 600lb Life star was worried that her obesity would mean she would never be able to have kids and so decided to focus on her fitness and health and turn her life around.
Melissa's weight loss journey took around seven years, but saw her drop down to an incredible 157 pounds (11.2 stone).
Her journey began after meeting with TLC star Dr Nowzaradan who helped her to achieve her weight loss goals and qualify for life-changing gastric surgery.
Melissa also achieved her dreams of becoming pregnant and has had three children.

Melissa Morris dreamed of becoming a mother (Instagram)After the birth of her second child, Melissa gained 100lb (7.1 stone) and struggled to get back into shape.
However, the reality star fought hard and overcame her weight gain, going onto welcome her third child with her husband Chris.
Sadly, the pair later divorced after Melissa reportedly caught him cheating, but the pair are thought to still keep in touch.
Melissa has been keeping up with her weight loss and often takes to Instagram to share updates with fans.
In one full body snap, the TV star looked stunning as she showed off her slimmed down figure in a navy dress with a white floral pattern.

Captioning the post, she wrote: "For all who are asking this photo is the most recent full body post of me. Taken at our church @cityrisemissouricity with two very dear friends this summer.
"My weight has stayed the same for the last 6 years - after the birth of my 3 baby!"
Her followers went wild for the post and praised Melissa for her weight loss.
