Miranda Kerr is 'overjoyed' as she announced the birth of her fourth child, Pierre Kerr Spiegel.
The 40-year-old supermodel and her Snapchat CEO husband Evan Spiegel announced the news on Snapchat on Tuesday. "We are overjoyed by the arrival of our little ray of sunshine, Pierre Kerr Spiegel," the former Victoria's Secret star announced in a sweet statement.
"We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our fourth son into our family. Feeling so very blessed." She also shared a photo of a rolled-up blue blanket with the name 'Pierre' stitched on it. A pair of yellow knit baby socks and a bouquet of yellow and red flowers also sat on the table.
Miranda and Evan married in 2017 and share three children together - newborn Pierre, five-year-old Hart and four-year-old Myles. She also shared a 13-year-old son named Flynn with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom. Miranda first announced her pregnancy on Snapchat in September.
She posted a number of photos of herself showing off her bump and told fans: "So excited to announce baby 4!" before later adding: "And it's a boy," with several blue heart emojis.
Brooklyn Beckham sparks backlash again with 'Scouse soup' after pasta fiascoMiranda shared a glimpse into her pregnancy journey and revealed to The Daily Telegraph that she was craving fresh citrus fruits and lemon water during her pregnancy. She said: "With one of the boys, I craved apples, another frozen yoghurt – and now I am craving oranges. With another one, I was like, 'Please give me a burger!'"
Last summer, before her pregnancy announcement, she spoke to Vogue Australia about her life with her husband and three children as they split their time between Los Angeles and Australia. "Family is my number-one priority, then work, then my company, which is like another baby, and then, unfortunately, my friends, but it's not going to be like that forever," she said.
"I just love being a mother and I always wanted three boys, so I feel really blessed that I have three healthy boys." When asked about the possibility of growing her family, she added: "I feel like I'm open, so we'll see what God decides." During the chat, she also discussed how her body changed throughout her different pregnancies.
"I still don't feel like I'm back to where I was before the babies. But I'm content with that. My body is different and it has changed, and I'm embracing that," she explained.
