Sophie Turner is reportedly dropping "child abduction" claims against ex Joe Jonas, according to new legal documents.

Filed back in September last year, Sophie alleged that Joe wasn't letting their two daughters, Willa and Delphine, fly from the US to see her in the UK, allegedly withholding their passports, an incident that quickly escalated to a federal level.

But after reaching a rough custody agreement in their still ongoing bitter divorce battle, it appears Sophie wants to drop those claims, per TMZ. The two are thought to be in a much better place and have decided when the kids will travel to England and New York.

The Jonas Brothers singer filed for divorce from Sophie on September 1 last year, claiming their marriage was "irretrievably broken". Sophie had requested that Joe return their daughters - Willa, three, and Delphine, one - to London, as she claimed that was their previous plan before the split.

Sophie had asked a New York court to order their children back to her physical custody after claiming Joe was refusing to return the children's passports and had them on an "unauthorised" holiday. However, they have now reached a custody agreement and expect their split to be resolved "amicably".

Sophie and Joe will each get two weeks with their daughters until January, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail. They will also be allowed to travel with their kids anywhere in the US and the UK, meaning Sophie will be able to return to London with Willa and Delphine.

It's believed Joe will be taking the youngsters on tour with the Jonas Brothers, while Sophie will spend Christmas with them and her family in the UK. The custody agreement comes after the former couple were involved in four days of mediation in New York.

New court documents reveal the mediation was "productive" for Joe and Sophie. The actress' lawyer Stephen Cullen added that the agreement comes "in anticipation of an amicable resolution of all issues".

Joe and Sophie were reportedly on the rocks for months before the musician filed for divorce. Sources had claimed that an argument took place on Joe's birthday on August 15, which is said to have been the final straw for him. Sources close to Joe told TMZ that the final straw in the relationship was when Joe heard or saw the Game of Thrones actress "say or do something" through their Ring camera.

Prior to reaching a custody agreement, Sophie was spotted enjoying a relaxing stroll in Manhattan with her two kids. The actress pushed her daughters in a double stroller and was seen smiling lovingly at her youngest child. The trio were joined on the outing by one of Sophie's pals.

Sophie decided on a casual appearance for the outing, wearing grey sweatpants and an oversized blue jumper. She carried her belongings around in a light blue tote bag and accessorised with a pair of black sunglasses.
