A woman "freaked out" when she spotted a demonic-like figure, slightly resembling Iron Man, when viewing her neck X-rays.

Tina Rudisill noticed what looked like "a cross between Iron Man and a demon" in her scan at a follow-up appointment for ongoing health issues earlier this year in April.

The 58-year-old admits her imagination can be "crazy" and was unsettled by what she saw until she showed her husband and the pair were left in stitches. The spooky apparition appeared in an X-ray image of spinal fusion hardware Tina had surgically implanted five years ago. Tina says she was pleased to see others could make out the haunting face after she shared the picture on on November 11.

Tina, from Panama City, Florida, said: "I didn't expect to see a face looking back at me when I looked at my X-ray. "My imagination runs crazy so I asked my husband and he saw a face too and we then laughed about it. It looks like a cross between Iron Man and some type of inner demon."

"I freaked out a bit. I was looking at it and felt it was looking back at me. I thought it would be fun to see if others saw anything too. The post went nuts and the [comments] were hilarious! I didn't expect the responses. They have been great."

Tina underwent surgery on her neck in 2018 after suffering an injury related to a degenerative disc disease and has had regular X-rays and follow-up appointments ever since. Tina shared the picture on Facebook with the caption: "My neck [X-ray]. What do you see? I freaked out a tad when I saw it the first time. One Facebook user replied: "An evil teddy bear."

Another commented: "Angry ghost kitty [surprised cat emoji]." A final added: "Iron Man is in your neck." In 2021, an American woman posted a photo of a horrifying, ghoulish nun eyeing her from the bedroom window. Jasmine Reign said she was ready to flee her home "naked and all" before realising the image was a reflection from her bedroom TV, according to .

The woman's TV was displaying the cover image for the 2019 movie A Nun's Curse, which features a ghoulish nun with a terrifying scowl. The post on X, formerly , garnered nearly half a million likes and thousands of comments from users who quickly understood her fright.

“IT’S F***ING MIDNIGHT I WON’T BE ABLE TO SLEEP NOW,” replied one user. “I would’ve been gone before I even had the chance to realise that b**** was a reflection,” said another.
