September heralds an exciting crop of fresh and exciting shows landing on Disney Plus - with the spectacular live action re-imagining of classic The Little Mermaid certain to make a real splash.
A hit with critics and audiences alike, the well-known tale concerns Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a real thirst for adventure. And the youngest of King Triton's daughters simply longs to find out more about the world she knows little about - somewhere beyond the sea.
After visiting the fabled surface and falling for the handsome Prince Eric, Ariel follows her heart and makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to experience life on land ... with seismic repercussions.

But if this fanciful fun isn't enough to float your boat, Disney Plus has plenty more up its sleeve, from a fresh drop of classic cartoons through to a sparkling new season of reality series heavyweight The Kardashians, following Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and the rest of the gang.

But perhaps sci-fi is more your bag, in which case you're in luck. Fans of the Force will doubtless be eager to catch up on the latest instalment of Ahsoka. The already thrilling series follows the titular lead character as she peers into an emerging threat to the galaxy following the fall of the Empire. Rosario Dawson stars as Ahsoka Tano, reprising her role from The Mandalorian.
