1000-lb Sisters starlet Tammy Slaton has been branded a "skinny legend" after showing off her slimmer frame while dining out, with her fans totally gobsmacked by her weight loss success.
Reportedly losing a whopping 400lb (28.6 stone) in recent months, the 37-year-old TLC star has left fans in awe of her sensational weight loss with her Instagram snaps and TikTok uploads, but after a photo emerged of her posing with a fan at an eatery, Tammy has left them totally speechless.
Spotted at Lambert's Cafe over the weekend, Tammy dined out while sitting in a booth at the rustic venue. With three locations in America, the beloved eatery is known for its "generous portions served on each order" as well as its "throwed rolls".

She accessorised with a sunflower print neck scarf around her neck, her usual prescription glasses and her hair tied back off of her face.
Beaming for the snap with the fan, Tammy looked genuinely happy and content while sitting in the eatery in Missouri. Other fans of the star were quick to comment on how they wished they had met the reality star, which came before the snap was shared in a 1000-lb Sisters Reddit forum.

Sharing the snap in the forum, fans went wild over Tammy's transformation. Many were quick to note how slim the star looked, with her now able to fit in a booth at a restaurant. "It could fit 2 or 1 more person in that booth! Wow, I am beyond impressed Tammy," gushed one.

"Speaking as someone who is quite large, it must feel like an incredible victory to sit at that table," said someone else, while another fan emotionally penned: "I’m genuinely so happy for her. What a life changing achievement and I bet she feels so much better not just physically but mentally. Totally regained her life!"
Tammy's visibly smaller frame is no surprise after it was reported that she has shed 400lbs in total, with her recently said to have weighted in at around 340lbs. Before embarking on her weight loss journey, Tammy originally weighed in at 717lbs.
