Tammy Slaton has been inundated with praise from fans as she showed off her epic weight loss.
The 37-year-old reality star, who rose to fame on 1000-lb Sisters, took to TikTok to share her outfit of the day and she looked incredible after shedding a whopping 400lb (28.6 stone). In the clip, Tammy beamed with pride as she danced in front of a bathroom mirror.
She wore a pair of tight black trousers which featured cut-out panels and a rust-coloured halter neck top. Tammy also wore a black leopard print vest top underneath and accessorised with bangles, rings and a sunflower bandana.
Fans rushed to gush over the TV personality and encouraged her to keep up with her weight loss. One person wrote: "YOU GO TAMMY!! GET IT GIRL."

Tammy has come a long way since she first appeared on 1000-lb Sisters alongside her sister Amy Slaton. The show sees the siblings document their weight loss as they overcame food addiction.
Before embarking on her weight loss journey, Tammy originally weighed in at 717lb (51 stone). She's now lost almost 400lb in total, with her recently reported to have weighted in at around 340lb (24.3 stone).
Tammy weighed more than 700lb when she first appeared on the show (TLC)She recently shared another full-body picture on Instagram as she showed off just how much she's slimmed down. In the snap, Tammy wore a long black T-shirt and a pair of leggings.
She stood to the side while looking in a mirror so she could show fans her transformed body. Tammy's followers were blown away, with one writing: "You'll never know how many people that you'll probably never meet that are so unbelievably proud of you and your transformation. Go get em Tammy."
A second added: "You are a really pretty woman. I’m so happy that you’re keeping on your new life change. I can’t wait to see you when you’re all finished with your program. I’ve been trying very hard these wait. I’ve gone through two knee surgeries in the last four months and I’ve been in rehab since so I hope that I can turn out like you."
