Myleene Klass broke down in tears earlier today as her daughter opened her long-awaited GCSE results in the car.

As several proud celeb parents gushed over their hard-working kids today, former Hear'Say singer Myleene shared a heartwarming video of Ava announcing some good news as her lookalike daughter rushed to her mum's car with her results in hand as she hoped for the grades she needed.

As Ava sat into the car, Myleene clasped her hands to her face amid nerves as she watched her daughter open the all-important envelope. Thankfully, it was good news as top student Ava squealed with delight upon seeing her results before her proud mum broke down in sobs after hearing Ava's amazing grades.

The sweet clip also showed Myleene's fiancé Simon Motson celebrating with sparklers before the entire family embraced in a big hug as they showered Ava with praise. After receiving her stellar results, Ava has landed herself a top scholarship.

Captioning the wholesome post, proud mum Myleene wrote: "Smashed it Bear. @pianos_our_forte. Proud of you, you got your scholarship. (Blink and you'll miss me ugly crying. The frame is Snoopy's special frame where his top pictures go. He put Ava's results in it.) Thank you, THANK YOU to our ''village''.'

After hearing her daughter's amazing results, Myleene later took to Instagram to share some love and words of wisdom with those students who didn't find themselves as lucky as Ava today. The singer wrote: "To those who didn't get what they wanted, I won't dismiss (as so many do including those in our own government who set the curriculum) that they don't matter, to you, they may do.

"Exams however are not for everyone. I can't imagine my own children (who are so different) being tested in the same way and getting the same results.' The pressure of exams might help those looking for certain jobs test their metal but for others, it's the work ethic behind them or the introduction to certain aspects of various subjects that will guide and mould them.

"YOU decide who you are. The letters on the page don't define you but the heart and action behind them counts. If you tried your hardest, THAT is enough. The jobs you'll end up in probably don't even exist yet. YOU write the script."
