Vladimir Putin has vowed to send the world-ending Satan-2 nuclear-capable missile into active combat.
The chilling threat came as he marked Russia's Defender of the Fatherland Day with a message broadcast to the public about the Kremlin's looming military plans.
The warlord told Russians that the "first launchers of the Saramat missile system with a new heavy missile are taking up combat duty".
He said the Sarmat - which is the lead element of the country's triple threat nuclear deterrent - will be supported by continuing the production of the Kinzhal air-launched hypersonic systems.
Putin also promised to start delivering the Zirkon sea-launched hypersonic missiles to the Armed Forces.

In another re-haul of the armed forces, likely due to their abysmal performance in Ukraine, Putin promised there will be a thorough inspection of infantry units.
Troops will also be supported with "new strike systems, reconnaissance and communications equipment, drones and artillery systems," the tyrant said.
Today the UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace warned that "war is coming" and that Britain would be embroiled in a "hot or cold" conflict within the next seven years.
The cabinet member sounded an ominous warning, stating: "War is coming."
Mr Wallace said the world is "definitely more dangerous, more unstable and more insecure” as a result of Putin's illegal war as he called for more defence spending.
He told The Sun: “Conflict is coming by the end of this decade, whether it is a cold war or hot, war is coming.
“We just have to recognise that in order to deter you just have to be ready, you have to be equipped and you have to stand with your friends and your allies.”
Putin and Wallace's comments came ahead of the first anniversary of the war tomorrow.
The warlord has attended a number of public appearances ahead of the grim landmark, seemingly trying to drum up support for his flailing war.
Give Ukraine western fighter jets to fight Russians, urges Boris JohnsonAs Putin toured the country, a blast-off explosion and trail in the sky was reported, with many claiming Putin had conducted a botched missile test to mark the anniversary.
A new test of Putin’s giant 208-tonne nuclear-capable apocalypse rocket had been suspected as likely this month - but an explosion and trail in the sky has been spotted in Plesetsk military cosmodrome in northern Russia.
Satan-2 missile, also known as Sarmat in Russia, is said to be behind schedule and Putin’s inner circle is believed to fear “sabotage” over a delayed test schedule.
US sources told CNN that a test in recent days appears to have failed, without more detail of how or why it had gone awry.
