Sharing the image on Instagram, the 56-year-old actress told her followers it was her "Sunday serve," confessing "my man loves this". However, anticipating a divided response, she added: "Forward all complaints to him @vanhunt."
However, she was met mainly with love and appreciation, including from actor Ahmed Best, who wrote: "Right on soul sista!" His response was warmly met by the Catwoman actress who simply replied with two sunglasses-wearing smiley face emojis.
Another seemingly impressed with the snap was Andra Day. The singer left a number of clapping and raised hand emojis in the comments section and wrote: "The caption!!"
And another fan wrote: "You could be bald and you will always look amazing, kudos to your man for this look, you wear it well!" Their words were echoed by a number of other followers, with one simply writing "exactly".
