Erik ten Hag has endured a dramatic if extremely productive first season as Manchester United boss.
Despite a slow start, the Dutchman has established the Red Devils in the upper reaches of the Premier League. Meanwhile, he has also managed to seal a place in the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle.
Work remains to be done though with the Red Devils keen to secure a place in the next round of the Europa League. All of this is going on whilst rumours surrounding a potential takeover rumble on.
With that being said, here are the latest headlines coming out of United that you can’t afford to miss:
Former Red Devil Gary Neville has suggested that the decision to increase the prices of season tickets at Old Trafford could hint at the Glazers staying with the club after all. The club confirmed earlier in the week that season tickets are going up in price for the first time in 11 years.
Marcel Sabitzer completes Man Utd transfer after last-minute deadline day dash“The increase in ticket prices at United is very odd!” Neville posted on Twitter. “Why would a seller that’s leaving before the next season starts introduce something that has brought them more hate and they won’t benefit from!
“Any new buyer would most likely freeze the price in year 1 to stay on side with fans,” he added, “It does beg the question whether they are really going! I have my doubts with actions like this one!”

Regardless of who is in charge at Old Trafford next season, the Red Devils are already compiling a list of potential transfer targets one of which includes Napoli forward Victor Osimhen. A move to the Premier League already appears to have been approved by former Chelsea and current Arsenal star Jorginho.
He said: "I had played against him in the Champions League and he had given a hard time to our defenders. [Napoli director Cristiano] Giuntoli called me before signing him and I told him to sign him straight away, he is very promising and is doing really well. They [Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia] are flying and everything is going well. There is winning energy.”
It has been suggested that it would take up to £89m to tempt Napoli into a sale.

One man who United have already spent a considerable amount on this season is Antony. Dutch icon Marco van Basten has claimed that current Ajax star Mohammed Kudus is currently ‘much better’ than his former teammate.
"I find Mohammed Kudus a much better football player than Antony,” he said. “Antony has his skills, but he is confused with the things he is trying to do!
Man Utd deadline day live updates as Sabitzer completes loan move“Kudus has much better technique and he knows what he is doing. Antony may be faster, but Kudus is smarter and more technical.”
