A shocking video shows the moment three women alleged to have been shoplifting wheeled out their shopping carts full of stolen items.
Three women captured in footage can be seen loading allegedly stolen items into the trunk of a car before making a slow and brazen getaway in a Dodge Charger car.
Police in Sacramento said a report had been filed and they are actively investigating the incident.
The person filming the incident outside the California Burlington store reacted to the brazen spectacle and saying "Look at this s**t. What the f**k is this?"
Teasing the women, he added: "Damn, look at these people stealing! Say hi to the camera!"

The man was able to zero in on the number plate of the car the women were loading the items into and even asked for their names while he was there.
"No arrests have been made at this point, however, this is an active investigation,” police said.
The clip, a copy of the original, was shared by the Instagram account @ppv_tahoe. It has received hundreds of comments and has been liked 16,000 times.
Viewers noted the Dodge was also parked in a handicap spot.
Shoplifting in California is a misdemeanour and comes with a penalty of up to six months in a county jail, a $1,000 fine, or both a fine and jail time, according to Kann California Law Group.
The state has long had problems with retail theft and is now taking steps to try and prevent it and the potential for violence that may occur.
The state Senate passed a bill - this is now in the state Assembly - that prevents stores from asking non-security staff to confront thieves. Some retailers already choose to do this as a matter of store policy.

“With growing awareness of workplace violence, California needs smarter guidelines to keep workers safe in the office or on the job site,” said Senator Cortese (D-San Jose).
“Under my SB 553, employers would be prohibited from forcing their rank and file, non-security workers to confront active shoplifters, and all retail employees would be trained on how to react to active shoplifting. The legislation has other provisions that keep people safe at work. Let’s take every reasonable step to prevent another workplace assault or shooting.”

A Safeway store in San Francisco took out its owner measure to prevent thieves by installing secure gates at self-checkout kiosks.
Customers have to scan their receipts at the security gates before they can leave with what they purchased.
San Francisco Police, meanwhile said last year they were placing officers in some stores in an attempt to apprehend thieves. Around 60 arrests were made in just one month.
