Joanna Page has admitted she once considered getting her surgery, where she had her fallopian tubes cut, reversed as she is "still broody".
The Gavin and Stacey star, 46, appeared on Tuesday's Loose Women to discuss her appearance on ITV's Cooking With The Stars.
During her interview, chat soon got onto her family as Joanna shares Eva, ten, Kit, seven, Noah, six, and Boe, 19 months, with her Emmerdale husband James Thornton.
Joanna revealed that despite having four children she is "still broody" and that she had once considered having her tubes tied surgery reversed.
The actress, who previously revealed that the surgery was an "impulsive" decision, decided to undergo the procedure after having her fourth child aged 44, which was a "complete and utter surprise".
Curry house selling Gavin and Stacey's Smithy's huge order says it's a huge hitAsked if she's still feeling broody on Loose Women, Joanna admitted: "Of course I'm feeling broody. After having Boe, I did have my fallopian tubes cut, I didn't really think about it a lot.
"I knew, inside, I'm 46 I couldn't go through another pregnancy, I'd be utterly exhausted and I also want to give enough time to my children.
"But not that long ago, I went on the internet, I looked up: 'Can you have your tubes put back together?' You can. One-in-200 women can maybe get pregnant after doing that.
"I told James, he just looked at me and went: 'You what? What on earth are you going on about?' so I will not be having anymore. I've got my beautiful four children."
The NHS say female sterilisation is an operation to permanently prevent pregnancy.
The fallopian tubes are blocked or sealed to prevent the eggs from reaching the sperm and becoming fertilised, with a 99% effective rate.
However, it cannot be easily reversed and reversal operations are rarely funded by the NHS.
It comes after Joanna admitted earlier this year she regretted getting her tubes tied in an "impulsive" decision as she wanted another baby.
After making the decision, the actress found herself thinking it was a "waste" as she wanted another baby.
Yet despite revealing she would "love a fifth baby", Joanna feels it would not be fair on her children and feels she is "too old".
