1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has gone from strength to strength with her health journey since she embarked on it, with her total weight loss now revealed. And trust us, she's done amazingly well.
The reality TV star, 36, rose to fame alongside her sister Amy Slaton, 35, on the hit show 1000lb Sisters, a programme that documents the duo's weight loss journeys. When her journey began, Tammy weighed a staggering 717lbs - but that figure has shrunk in recent weeks.
At the start of the year it was reported that she lost 300lbs, with that figure increasing as a result of her dedication to her weight loss plan.
According to the US Sun, Tammy has now shed a whopping 400lbs in total, according to a source. Which in turn means that Tammy now weighs around 340lbs.
Revealing the exciting weight loss news to the outlet, a source close to Tammy said that the star thought she weighed more before she hopped on the scales at a rehab centre last week.
1000lb Sisters' Amy Slaton devastates fans as she announces death in the family"She's down to 334 and doing awesome," the source said to the paper.
This comes as Tammy grieves her estranged husband Caleb Willingham who sadly died earlier this month. The reality star met her husband in a food rehab last year, with the pair falling madly in love and getting hitched weeks after meeting in November 2022.
Caleb, 40, was married to Tammy for five months before they were said to have parted ways earlier this year, with the couple planning to get divorced. His death was announced on July 1.
"I can't believe I'm even making this post, but today GOD called my big brother home," Caleb's younger brother penned when he took to Facebook to share the news at the time. "R.I.P. Caleb Willingham aka Killla K aka Double K aka one half of the dynamic WWF tag team champions The W Boys aka my biggest supporter in anything I do.
"You will be forever loved and missed. Until we meet again," he concluded.
Tammy then later confirmed her husband's passing when she took to Instagram to pen an emotional tribute of her own. "Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness," she wrote alongside a string of snaps from Christmas last year.
