It utilises a combination of Earth and Werebear skills to let you dish out high DPS while maintaining a good degree of defense. The Pulverize Werebear build should even be good enough to charry you into the Diablo 4 endgame if you so wish. Scythe Talons allows your Druid to tap into additional Critical Strike Damage when clawing away at enemies, while Pack Leader combines with the Poison Creeper Active Skill to make for better crowd control.
