Amazon has confirmed the summer Prime Day sale will begin at one minute past midnight on 11th July and last two days in 2023. However, sales and discounts will begin immediately after the retail giant confirmed a number of incredible early deals.

Amazon Prime Day will take place on 11th and 12th July in the UK and the retailer has promised thousands of discounts across the two days. The sale, the second biggest of the year after Black Friday in November, will include deals going live across all categories and new deals appearing across the two days.

Amazon has announced a number of early deals to celebrate the confirmation of Prime Day in 2023. They include four months of Amazon Music Unlimited free, giving shoppers access to the library of over 100 million songs and podcasts for the duration of the sale.

Amazon Kindle Unlimited is also being offered free for three months as part of the sale, while Amazon Prime members can get Audible for two months free.

The early product discounts are mostly in the 'Amazon Brands' category, where there is 40% off selected products from Amazon brands from Amazon's own brands including Amazon Basics, Umi, and Eono. Shoppers will also be able to get 20% off Amazon Fresh, the brand's grocery delivery section, from now until the end of the Prime Day sale.

Amazon says when the main sale takes place discounts will be found on mainstream brands including Samsung, Shark, Levi’s, Oral-B, Tefal and more.

All of the Amazon Prime Day deals in 2023 will be available for Amazon Prime members. Amazon Prime costs £8.99 per month or £95 per year but shoppers hoping to snap up a Prime Day deal can get a free trial today that will give them access to the Prime Day deals in July.
