Jennifer Aniston is said to enjoy taking a break from her active lifestyle to "treat" herself to some "cheat days".

The 54 year old, who is known for her dedication to health and fitness, recently admitted that she "broke" her body after "pushing herself too far".

And now it has been claimed that The Morning Show star actively breaks her strict regime to indulge.

"If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she'll splurge. It's no big deal," a source revealed.

The source continued that the Friends actress, who is reported to be 117 pounds at 5-foot-5, eats a diet filled with proteins and healthy carbs to balance her sweet tooth cravings, which are rare for her.

Us Weekly also added that the Hollywood icon is just focused on "being as healthy and happy as she can be".

Staying active is crucial, and walking her dogs and meditating helps her achieve a healthy lifestyle.

This comes after Jennifer explained she would push herself into a pressurised mindset surrounding fitness and would taunt herself, saying that she "won't get a good workout" if she didn't push herself to the max.

"When you're in a mindset of, 'I need to do 45 minutes of cardio, or I won't get a good workout,' it's daunting," she told InStyle. "I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body."

Moving on from this, Jennifer can look back and acknowledge that she "pushed herself too far" in the past with her fitness and was shown all the areas where she'd injured herself by a physical therapist.

"My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that's covered in Kinesio tape," she says. It's a silly mental image until you realize the purpose of all that tape is "to show every injury I've had in the last 15 years."

Having faced her fitness truths, the Just Go With It actress has been able to understand which workouts aren't for her.

She discovered that CrossFit and boxing weren't for her.

Since then, Jennifer has turned to Pvolve, a low-impact home workout program, to help her find her desired workout that isn't too tough on her body.

Jennifer was also recently praised for embracing her natural grey hair while promoting products from her hair care line LolaVie

In the 1990s, everyone wanted the bouncy 'Rachel' haircut, and the look made famous on Friends has recently made a comeback.

But Jennifer recently looked radiant, having stepped away from the hair dye to reveal her natural grey hair on Instagram.
