EastEnders' Patsy Kensit has issued a health update after quitting BBC soap after a short stint.
The star has confirmed she has left the iconic soap and is heading off to a warmer climate.
After appearing as Emma Harding since later January, she has given a health update.
Less than a month after her first appearance, the former Holby City actress has said that she had been diagnosed with a severe chest infection as she gave thanks to her "EE family" for her appearance in the long-running soap.
As she wore sunglasses and dragged a suitcase behind her, she wrote: "We’re leaving on a jet plane! Don’t know when I’ll be back again… Going to the heat."

Patsy finished her message with: "PS cannot forget the best agent in the world @celebagentsuk David Hahn and Sue I love you both."
Patsy's EastEnders character is the mum of Lola Pearce who has been trying to live her life to the full despite being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
In recent episode, Lola was given the chance to fulfil her dying wish and reconnect with her biological mother.
Fans took to Patsy's Instagram post to say how sad they were to see her leave the show after her short appearance.
One wrote: "Ahhh I wish you were in it permanently- about time someone put Billy in his place!"
As another said: "So sad to see you go from Albert Square."
