Scream fans were delighted after the original cast members were back together for a sweet reunion snap.
Among the cast grinning for the camera was Neve Campbell, who smiled brightly next to co-stars Skeet Ulrich, Matthew Lillard, Jamie Kennedy, and Henry Winkler almost 30 years on from their first meeting.
In the horror movie, Neve, 49, starred as Sidney Prescott. Matthew, 54, and Skeet, 53, played Stu Macher and Billy Loomis, respectively, and were the duo behind the original Ghostface.
In the 1996 production, both Jamie and Henry's characters were murdered by the duo.
Henry, who starred as Principal Himbry posted the pic to his social media, gushing it was a "wonderful moment".
Henry Winkler admits he felt 'anxious' after struggling with dyslexiaAnd fans were quick to reminisce in the comments section for the post, with many gushing over the happy memories.
One user on Twitter wrote: "That IS a great moment. Glad you got to reunite with the cast!" while another said: "Nothing like reuniting with your students, Principal Himbry!"
A third added: "My inner horror fanchild self is screaming inside with excitement, thank you so much principal himbry!" before pleading: "Can I please have your permission to have this as my phone background?"
The franchise has continued to capture the hearts of movie fans across the globe as the sixth edition was recently released.
The newest production is the first not to feature Neve's character, with her decision not to take part being labelled as "unfortunate" by David Arquette.
In a recent interview, he said: "A Scream movie without Sidney is kind of unfortunate, but I understand her decision.
"It’s all a business in a way, they have to balance all these elements to fit a budget and produce a film. I get it, she’s still alive. She [can] absolutely be in future ones, but I think it’s up to fans to call for that in the future. I respect her decision, for sure."
Skeet, however, was still seen on the big screen reprising his role as Billy.
