1000-lb Best Friends star Meghan Crumpler said she desperately wants to remove her "two sets of boobs" while trying on her dream wedding dress.
The reality star joined co-star Vanessa Cross as they went dress shopping in a recent episode of the hit-TLC programme – a spin-off of its other hit, 1000-lb Sisters.
Vanessa was attempting to help her pal make her decision after looking at several designs ahead of her big day – but she kept complaining about her "t***ies in the back".
Meghan spoke of her "side boobs" as she struggled to find her dream dress in the shop – asking assistants to help "emphasise her goods".

Quicky shutting down the plan, Meghan said: "I have t***ies in the back!
"No, my t**s would be down here, my other t**s would be down here, we’re not doing an 'out back'. They need to be removed."
Vanessa then urged her pal to "love her back boobs" before the assistant assured Meghan that she didn’t have to do anything she didn’t want to.
In confessional, Meghan said: "There’s certain things that big girls just have to deal with. Fat in the back and side boobs, anything that shows my back is off the table."

"None of these dresses gonna fit her. She gotta order a dress. And how much is this dress ? Looks gorgeous only cause it fits her properly."
Vanessa showed her support for her best pal on Instagram with a line of heart-eyed emojis while one fan told Vanessa she was "looking good".
Another viewer said that they "love these gals" and someone else left clapping emojis for the two 1000-lb Best Friends stars.
