Taylor Swift has treated her loyal fans with not one but FOUR previously unreleased songs.
The global music icon took to IG Stories to share with followers news of the drop explained: "In celebration of The Eras Tour I’m releasing 4 previously unreleased songs tonight at midnight."
The four tracks include re-recordings of tracks Eyes Open” and “Safe & Sound” which Swift worked on with Joy Williams and John Paul White for The Hunger Games soundtrack back in 2012.
Taylor's version of “If This Was a Movie" appeared as a bonus track on the deluxe version of her 2010 album Speak Now and never-before-heard song “All of the Girls You Loved Before" is an unreleased track from Swift’s Lover era.
The re-recording has reunited Williams and White who split in 2014.
Harry Styles and Taylor Swift's awkward Grammys reunion - 10 years after splitThe move comes as Swift is set to perform back-to-back shows tonight in Glendale, Arizona, which has been renamed Swift City by the town's Mayor in honour for her two night tour stop.
Per , other fan-voted names in the running included Swiftdale, Taylordale, The City of Taylor Swift, Taylor Nation, and Taylor Town.
Meanwhile fans have been left looking into the meaning of her track All Of The Girls You Loved Before – giving insight into her romance with Joe Alwyn.
The lyrics read: "Every dead-end street led you straight to me. Now, you're all I need, I'm so thankful for, all of the girls you've loved before."
The track, although largely written from her Alwyn's perspective, also reflects on her own previous old flames which include John Mayer, Joe Jonas and Calvin Harris.
Ahead of her performance she shared a snap of her backstage rehearsals to Instagram and captioned 'In my Eras era' with a pedicure emoji.
The snaps saw Taylor looking relaxed and casually dressed in a black sports bra and sweat pants as she danced and sang on stage in preparation for the long-awaited tour.
Tonight's first show will mark her sixth headlining tour in the US but Swift fans here will have to wait a little longer as she is yet to announce UK dates (and other international dates).
Guests on the tour include Phoebe Bridgers, Haim, Paramore, Beabadoobee, Gayle, Girl in Red, Gracie Abrams, Muna, and Owenn.
