Singer Cher has opened up about her relationship with her toyboy lover, who is 39 years her junior.
The singer and actress, 76, has been dating Alexander Edwards, 37, since last November after he broke up with Amber Rose in 2021. Amber and Alexander share a son together and are reported to co-parent amicably.

Appearing at the Carol Burnett 90th birthday celebration filming in Los Angeles on her own, Cher shared a rare insight into her relationship with Alexander. Explaining her reason for attending alone, Cher said: "My date is taking care of his son."
Alexander's son Slash Electric Alexander Edwards is shared with Amber Rose and was born in 2019.
Strictly's Molly Rainford and Tyler West fuel romance rumours while on tourAfter Cher's comments, the reporter congratulated her on her relationship with her partner Alexander, to which the singer sweetly replied: "Thank you."
Cher and Alexander were first linked after being spotted together in November 2022 and their romance is reported to have gone from strength to strength ever since, with Edwards gifting Cher a diamond ring recently.
Despite the diamond jewellery, Cher and Alexander are reportedly not considering marriage any time soon.
The couple has a significant age gap, but Cher has been vocal in stating she doesn't believe in addressing the difference. In a previous tweet, now deleted, the singer declared: "LOVE DOESN'T KNOW MATH, IT SEES [love heart emojis]".
Cher has a history of dating men who are younger than her, including Val Kilmer, Tom Cruise and Rob Camilletti in the 1980s.
In 2021, Cher told PEOPLE magazine: "The truth was if I hadn't gone out with younger men, I would have never had a date.
"Younger men weren't intimidated by older women. But older men in my age category, they weren't having it."
Cher has sold over 100 million albums worldwide and has a net worth of approximately $360 million (£300 million).
She holds the world record for the 'Highest Grossing Tour by a Female Artist' of all time - her 325-date 'Living Proof: The Farewell Tour' concluded in 2004 and earned her more than $200 million (£165 million).
