Gemma Collins admitted she is desperate to join a gym after experiencing a trapped nerve.
The 41-year-old old recently gained a stone and said she wants to focus on her health again.
Speaking on her GC podcast, Gemma revealed: “When you have a trapped nerve it can really shock you so I am desperate to join a gym this week.
“I am more an outdoorsy exercise girl but a few of my friends have just joined the gym and I think, I said to them ‘even if we get on the treadmill and have a good gossip for an hour that is fine by me’.
"We can go in the spa."

She added: "I need to find a gym that is suitable for me. I don’t want a pose-up gym, I mean please I just want to go, I want to swim, I want to walk."

It comes after getting a trapped nerve and gaining weight over the holidays (INSTAGRAM)Gemma will have her fiancé Rami Hawash by her side as she added that he has also gained weight.
"I just really said to Rami, we do go out quite a lot for meals and it is a treat but at the end of the day I think we have to really focus on – because he said he put on a bit of weight – he’s gone from a 32 and he’s nearly at a 36," she said.
"His Levi jeans burst the other day and I was like ‘oh no hun, you need to cut back’. So it got me thinking that you need to be fit, healthy and fabulous to live a good life."
Last week, the GC said she was too 'scared' to weigh herself after overindulging over the festive holidays.
The reality star revealed how she reckoned she had put on a stone amid her "constant battle" with her weight.

A few weeks before going on holiday, Gemma insisted she 'made peace' with her body and explained why she refused to lose any more weight.
"I have made peace with my weight. This is me. I am never going to be a Victoria Secrets Model," she explained.
She added that controlling your weight becomes 'harder the older you get'.

Speaking to The Sun, Gemma added: "But at the end of the day I think I am attractive. I think I am gorgeous."
