After a few seconds Cositorto (right) was promptly ejected from the court, wherein proceedings continued.

As reported by Infobae;

The decision was made by judges Ricardo Carbajal, Jorge Carbone and Julio Duarte, who considered that the main defendant in the case was the leader of the organization and co-author of repeated frauds.

Along with him, Miguel Angel Echegaray, Maximiliano Javier Batista and Lucas Damian Camelino were also found guilty.

Meanwhile, brothers Nicolas Ismael Medina and Javier Sebastian Medina were acquitted.

Outside of Goya, Cositorto is facing Generation Zoe criminal cases in three other Argentinian jurisdictions.

Cositorto’s Goya guilty verdict sees him face five to ten years in prison. Sentencing is expected to be handed down later today.

Update 22nd February 2025 – Leonardo Cositorto is scheduled to be sentenced next Tuesday. Infobae additionally reports Cositorto will appeal his guilty verdict.

Leonardo Cositorto is not satisfied with either the ruling or the actions of the judge during the trial, whom he accused of having acted like a prosecutor due to the harsh accusations he made against him.

Evidently Cositorto doesn’t like being confronted with the reality of his Generation Zoe fraud.
