Ellie Leach has admitted that Vito Coppola may "not understand" her latest career move. The BBC Strictly Come Dancing star won the Glitterball Trophy with the pro dancer back in December, becoming the show's youngest ever winner.
Ellie was recently on BBC radio and opened up about her new role as Miss Scarlett in the UK tour Cluedo 2. The 22-year-old former ITV soap star was asked whether Vito, 31, could be coming along to support her, and Ellie admitted she's unsure if he'll understand what's going on in the murder mystery drama.
Coronation Street alum Ellie shared: "He hasn't seen Cluedo yet, I really hope he's able to make it. I think he's really hoping to come. Although I don't know if he'll understand it, I don't know if he'll get what's going on, you know what he's like. Hopefully he'll try and get to see it at some point."

Speaking to Gaby Roslin on BBC Radio 2, Ellie - who played Faye Windass on the cobbles - said Vito was "the best partner" she could've asked for. "I had the absolute best time ever, I don't think anyone can actually prepare you for what it's going to be like," she shared. "I didn't realise how much fun I would have and how hard it would be."
Corrie's Faye star shares future plans & if she could return ahead of soap exitLately, Ellie has been in the news for possibly dating another Strictly star, Bobby Brazier, who is 20 years old. Bobby talked about Ellie earlier this year at the TV Choice awards while they were on the Strictly tour. He told The Sun: "Ellie is a sweetheart, look at her... she's beautiful, she's amazing, she's good at what she does. She's a good dancer. She is a lovely lovely friend of mine."
