Despite public mistakes, Cat has learnt an important lesson about true beauty and she says it’s all about self-acceptance and confidence. She shared: "There is nothing I haven't done, but [for] women [to feel] very comfortable in their own skin, I think you have to kind of go through that to work out what doesn't work for you!"

Phillip Schofield mocks Molly-Mae's baby name in cruel swipe at Love Island starIn 2006, first taking to holiday to host So You Think You Can Dance, Cat rejected beauty standards and refused cosmetic surgery suggested to her including a nose job. This was despite much pressure from industry insiders.
Joking in an interview with The Sunday Telegraph's magazine, she said: "I've still got no boobs and a nose that goes that way." She added: "My teeth have always been good – weak, but look good. When it comes to stuff like that, you’re asking the wrong woman."
Cat has rejected pressures to conform to the beauty standard throughout her career and she said naivety and practicality were what helped her, she said, "I never thought I was going to “crack America”. Even in my wildest dreams.
“Once I’d got the [SYTYCD] job, I was worrying about getting my US driving licence and finding somewhere to live. Naïvety was really beneficial. I was concentrating on practicalities rather than thinking, “Oh my goodness, so and so is in the room.”"
Cat’s natural beauty and style have made her the envy of women everywhere and she has become a symbol of self-confidence for women.
