When it comes to exercise music, Sir Mick Jagger has his own fit parade - and despite having a huge back catalogue of Stones classics to choose from, he has chosen surprising alternatives for his workouts.

Top of the veteran rocker’s list is Block Rockin’ Beats by The Chemical Brothers. The 80-year-old, who is known for his slick moves on stage, said: “Sometimes I like to exercise in silence, other times I like to be in the gym with Mozart but most of the time I enjoy exercising to music like this.”

Prince, The 1975 and Marvin Gaye also make the line up. Sir Mick shared his favourite tracks for the latest Music That Moves Me mix for Apple Music.
